Diaspora Led Cooperative Management Training in Togo

African development expert Jessica Kanya-Ngambi led a cooperative management training for OFED, a local Togolese organization that empowers women and children in rural communities by providing access to education, workforce training and agricultural economic interventions. The training focused on improving cooperative management and strengthening the capacity of community members to establish effective internal governance processes that will enable them to respond to market opportunities and other external priorities.
